ARCHITECT
AT THE CORE.
I’m Ahmed Attia, an architect and BIM Manager. I graduated from Modern Academy in Egypt in 2019 with a B.Sc. in Architecture and Engineering. My work has grown from architectural BIM and coordination at Kaitech into remote international collaboration and BIM management.
With Joe Miles Architect, I contributed to design, BIM and construction information for projects in the UK and France. My private work in 2023 included interior BIM, schematic design for SteelPointe and architectural documentation for projects in New York. At Studio Aisslinger in 2024, I coordinated interior BIM workflows and supported the team on Trojena Ski Village at NEOM.
Since 2025, at Al Firas General Contracting, I manage BIM workflows for residential and accommodation projects including Yas Riva, Special Task Accommodation, the 174 Villas Project and SHA Emirates. My work on Bloom Living — Granada 1 also includes hands-on architectural BIM, blockwork shop drawings and quantity extraction. Through AMSO Academy, I also share the professional path from BIM foundation to management.
